Privacy policy
Who we are. Martin Howard Property is a trading name of MH196 2026 Ltd (the "company", "we"). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: martin@propinvestuk.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Cheat sheet and webinar sign-ups: your first name, email address and which sheet or event you asked for. We use this to send what you asked for and, if you ticked the box, occasional property education emails. Lawful basis: consent (marketing) and contract (sending what you requested). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Purchases: when checkout opens, your name, email, billing details and purchase history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers. Lawful basis: contract, and legal obligation (we keep payment records for six years for HMRC).
- Members area: your login, lesson progress, notes and anything you choose to save. Lawful basis: contract.
- Investor statements: if you confirm your status as a high net worth or sophisticated investor for Module 4 or the Deal Partnership, we keep the statement and its date because the law requires us to. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with

Where a partner business (Property Predator, Key Properties UK, Ordris, Hello New Home) is involved, you choose to go to them; we tell you first and they have their own privacy notices.
