Your Desk
Most property courses hand you a PDF and a Facebook group. Property Done Properly hands you a working business tool inside the same login as the lessons that teach you to use it, so the homework in Module 15 is a real outreach campaign in a real CRM, and the deal you take to the clinic is a real deal file with real numbers.

Three rules
- Your data is yours. Export your contacts and deal files any time, and when you leave they go with you.
- It organises your conversations; it never sells you an investment. The investor playbooks sit behind the Module 4 eligibility statements, and nothing in the Desk is an invitation to invest.
- It works without the partners. Lead routing from Key Properties UK and the others is an option you switch on, not a dependency.
